Your voices have been heard!. We are very pleased to announce that Clayton Library closure has changed to Mondays instead of Fridays. That means we will have a full week from Tuesday through Saturday of open hours for research.

According to Houston Public Library website this change is a result of ongoing evaluation of the new systemwide schedules implemented in April 2010. A formal evaluation of all HPL schedules will be made once an initial six-month-period has passed for an in-depth look at the effectiveness of the new schedules and review of customer feedback.

New hours are:
Sunday           Closed
Monday          Closed
Tuesday         10 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday   10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday        10 AM – 6 PM
Friday             10 AM – 5 PM
Saturday        10 AM – 5 PM
