Maps are an excellent resource for researching our ancestors’ movements.  In addition to tracking movements, maps can add context to the economic, geographic, and political environment in which they lived.  Staff member Franklin Smith will discuss the best free online map sites, those available at Clayton, and how maps can enhance your research experience.
